Returns

You have the right to return any unused product, purchased from our website for a full refund within 30 days after you received it.

The return's cost will be supported by us and you will take responsibility for any product lost during the return shipment.

Exchanges

You can exchange any unused product purchased from our website for another item within 30 days after you received it. You will have to send back the product you wish to exchange. The shipping cost will be supported by you. After we receive it, we will be able to send you back the new one.

Please note that we will not return or exchange any watch of whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back or crown.
